The organic farm of Gyrup, to which Thy Whisky belongs to, makes whisky from the grain that grows on their own fields. This whisky has been rated as the best European whisky outside of Scotland and Ireland by Jim Murray in the Whisky Bible and awarded Single State Whisky of the Year (Rest of world) at Icons of Whisky 2023.

About Thy Whisky

Thy Whisky is Danish organic whiskey, made at the family farm Gyrup in Thy. We exclusively use grain from our fields to create our whisky and spirits - malted, mashed and distilled on the farm.
